  2. Buchert Out 
    1. Will have 8 people in the committee meeting coming up March 12 for Anniversary Celebration.
    2. Community member Frank Barley volunteered to bring refreshments for March - November community meetings. 
  3. Land Use Applications
    1. Z0004-26 Applicant Brad White, 22333 S Big Cedar Lane, Beavercreek, zoned RRFF5, requesting the renewal of a level 3 home occupation permit.
      1. On agenda for community meeting.
    2. Z0009-26 Kari & Ray Jacobs, 22290 S Kamrath Road, Oregon City, zoned RA1, requesting a variance to reduce 30-foot set back to a 20-foot of access easement as it passes the existing home.
      1. On agenda for community meeting.
    3. Park Place II Subdivision GLUA-24-034/SUB-24-03/GEO-24-07/NROD-24-032, response due to February 23, 2026.
      1. To resend previously written letter with the map as our position has not changed. 
  4. Land Use Activity/Decisions
    1. Z0312-25: Denied.  Applicant Kalina Kovton, Owner Oleg Yamin, 16777 S Henrici Road, Oregon City, zoned RRFF5, 4.189 acres, requesting a variance.  The Board discussed in December and advised denial to the Planning Department.
    2. Follow-up on outstanding, controversial applications – Childs, Slip Lane, Park Place, Wilson Road, Weiler Farm (More information & detail to come on these) Stevens
      1. Stevens to provide links and every few months we’ll look for recent activity suggested Matteo.  
    3. How do we want to handle permit renewal notices? Stevens 
      1. Will cover next week at the community meeting.
    4. Food Trucks - Still illegal signage, is that structure/shelter permitted? Board to discuss followup. 
  5. Treasurer’s Report, Buchert
    1. McMurry to obtain current numbers prior to the Community meeting.   
  6. Secretary’s Report, McMurry
    1. January Agendas & Minutes – approved by acclimation. 
    2. February in progress
    3. Generic agenda to be provided to the County for general posting. Also will ask them to update our meeting location on their website.  
  7. Committee Updates
    1. Region 1 Area Commission on Transportation (R1ACT), Merchant
      1. Submitted basic projects - I5 covers in Portland area; nothing on 205 yet but coming. Suggested to broaden from 2 - 3 lanes from Abernathy bridge to I-5 as well as smaller projects in Hood River and Washington County. 
    2. Community Planning Organization (CPO) Summit, Merchant
      1. Nothing new other than CCI business. 
    3. Clackamas County Committee for Community Involvement (CCI), Merchant
      1. The new community communication strategy has 2 phases - Outreach and Response. Discussed how CCI was restricted to CPO’s from Goal 1 but this new strategy is bigger than that.  More to come from County Commissioners.
      2. New plaque at Carver Boat ramp done. 
    4. Clackamas County Coordinating Committee (C4), Hillyard & Sernach
      1. Hillyard was unable to attend.  Sernach updated that they got a letter of endorsement for the BUILD Grant (for sunset corridor). Bus line update along 82nd avenue in progress.
      2. The TSP updates by the County were discussed with consultants from Kittleson present. Brief legislative session updates. Sernach was recognized for his contribution.    
    5. Park Committee, Hillyard (approval received from County to use the Korner Park)
      1. April 4th Easter Hunt
      2. All events are progressing along. Hillyard to provide the Amazon contribution link to McMurry and Cindy Hillyard for media. 
    6. Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District, Matteo
      1. CSWCD is still working on the 3-year strategic plan and budget.  
      2. They’ve indicated excitement to work with us on the 20 year celebration & their 51st year.  
      3. Our Hamlet/CPO community meetings will likely be hybrid for March.  
    7. Welcome Boosters, Buchert
      1. Will present at the community meeting.
    8. 20-year Anniversary Celebration Committee, Buchert
      1. 8 people to join on March 12 for initial planning. 
    9. Planning Commission, Stevens
      1. Will present at the community meeting.
    10. Transportation System Plan PAC, Stevens
      1. Will present at the community meeting.
  8. Other Topics
    1. Website Updates, McMurry
      1. Current focus is working on the first hybrid community meeting by March.  
      2. McMurry to make all board members able to open up the board meeting.
    2. Electronic Reader Board, Hillyard
      1. Nothing new at this time.
    3. A Meet and Get-To-Know-Ya Pizza with Beavercreek Park Committee - Hillyard
      1. Idea is to have both the Parks board and Hamlet board get together for an informal getting to know you. The park will come into play when Korner Park gets consumed by County Transportation for road development in the future.
    4. BCC Monthly Hamlet Report - Volunteers of the Month, Stevens (submitted for February)
      1. Completed.
    5. Certificates of Appreciation – Stevens
      1. PGA is working on an event as April is volunteer appreciation month.
  9. Upcoming Community Meeting
    1. Agenda – Merchant out of town, if Stevens can’t Chair, volunteer?
      1. Matteo with Sernach as backup.   
    2. Guest Speakers
      1. Charlie & Amber Bennett, Bennett Septic Service, Care & Maintenance of Septic and Drain Field. 
    3. CSWCD - gate opens at 6:30, refreshments (Frank Barley volunteered for Mar - Nov), sign in/registration, Board applications, signs, conference room preparation.
    4. Signs at the Grange – change of venue, McMurry
